Dr. James Rauschnot is a forward thinking, award winning Navy Veteran and certified Anesthesiologist with Emplify Health. Since his time in the United States Navy, Rauschnot has been focused on building innovative healthcare solutions using advanced autonomous machine learning to revolutionize and democratize the triple aim of healthcare — quality, cost, and access.
My values
As a father, I believe in sacrifices to make the future a better place for our children. La Crosse is the place I call home and would not have it any other way. It is my duty to represent the voices of my community through discovery, deep analysis and investigation, and integrity based motives for real problem-solving approaches in District 6.
My approach
I hold monthly discovery sessions with wide, diverse groups of the community; in doing so, swiftly finding the best starting point build a better future for staggering needs in La Crosse County.
